ETHNIC MINORITIES: A LARGE GROUP IN ANOTHER LAND AFTER THE FREEDOM FROM WESTERN COLONIAL, CASES OF INDOCHINA

Abstract

The ethnic minorities are usually the important concern on human right worldwide. In many countries, there are many large groups of minorities living in another land. In Indochina, as a result of freedom from Western colonial era, there are many areas that become the ethnic group minorities in land of another ethnic nation.
