The Descriptive Name Theory provides the theoretical perspective for this paper. The paper concludes there is clearly an uncertainty of nomenclature in media, journalism/ communications education in Nigeria and beyond. This situation considered completely unacceptable. The unbundling of mass communication into various sub-disciplines that are now approved by Nigeria’s National Universities Commission [NUC] is considerably in the right direction –though with attendant emerging concerns such staffing as well as serious tendencies of course description and learning experience duplications. However, if tailored properly, the unbundling f mass communication [from the hitherto amorphous One Course, Many Professions quagmire] is expected to be far more enriching-academically, professionally, and practically. Given the broader and more rewarding but complex contemporary media and communication realities, the specialisation of courses from the hitherto broader nature of Mass Communication should be then become more rewarding. Relative and concerned stakeholders, media educators, government, media experts, media and education researchers; both national and international should be purposefully involved and enriched.
Isaac Imo-Ter Nyam, Raheem Salami Olajide, John Ahire Sambe http://art.eurekajournals.com/index.php/IJHSSIT/article/view/257 Importance of Upanayanam Rites in Current Scenario and Its Rich Historical Background-A Research Article http://art.eurekajournals.com/index.php/IJHSSIT/article/view/262
Upanayan or say Yagyopaveet or Vidhyaadhyana can also be called the rite of initiation. And without equivocation, one of the issues is the threat the virus is posing to the fundamental rights of human beings. In respect to what is stipulated in the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights, humans have the right to life, freedom of worship, freedom of movement, right to education, freedom of opinion, and expression, etc. The rights and freedoms are originally intrinsic, basic, and inalienable. They are the sine qua non for a peaceful and just world. Contrariwise, COVID-19 is suffocating these rights, the cardinal rights of humans. Howbeit, data for this study is generated from secondary sources for an effective analysis of how the novel virus is affecting the fundamental rights of humans.
Obiwuru Chidera Rex, Ismail Sheik, Nadeem Sarwar (PhD), Asma Irshad (PhD) http://art.eurekajournals.com/index.php/IJHSSIT/article/view/264 Concept and Significance of Man Power Planning http://art.eurekajournals.com/index.php/IJHSSIT/article/view/266
“Man is the only creative animal on the earth, though paradoxically his resistance to change sometimes can be heroically obstinate. Their publications have proliferated with a view towards inducing the readers to understand the contributions of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship to economic life of societies, globally. In Nigeria and Benue State in particular, there is quite a substantial literature on entrepreneurship. However, all of these extant literature were written to the neglect of Denen Tofi, a noble Tiv entrepreneur that contributed so much in solving the challenges of human development in Tivland. Thus, this paper is an intervention to
study the contributions of Tofi to the development of entrepreneurship in Tivland in Central Nigeria. Its objective is to show how Tofi’s entrepreneurial activities created employment and paved the way to socio-economic development of the study area. The paper using extant and oral sources in line with interdisciplinary methodology evaluates Tofi’s attempts at surmounting the said challenges and analyses the number of issues that led to the collapse of his business enterprises. The study employs and applies the social cultural theory of entrepreneurship to the understanding of the phenomenon under investigation. The study concludes by recapitulating on the basic issues interrogated by the paper and emphasised that, the engagement and mismanagement of Tofi and Sons Group of Companies by his family members led to the collapse of his enterprises. In this wise, the paper proposes thoughtful policy prescriptions to tame the deteriorating state of the business ventures under review.
Thaddeus T. Their ideologies impacted rulers greatly and many of them were the ‘king makers’ who ruled the Mughal world behind the curtains.

Objectives: Through this article, I want to discuss some issues like 1) Role of harem women in the history of Mughals. 2) What were the special rights enjoyed by Mughal royal ladies. 3) Their active role in Mughal politics.
Rajdeep Sinha, Annapurna Sinha Das http://art.eurekajournals.com/index.php/IJHSSIT/article/view/293 Role of Information and Communication Technology in Rural Development in Bihar http://art.eurekajournals.com/index.php/IJHSSIT/article/view/299
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) are those technologies that can be used to interlink information technology devices such as personal computers with communication technologies such as telephones and their telecommunication networks. The PC and laptop with e-mail and Internet provides the best example. Devices such as digital cameras, digital video cameras and players, personal digital assistants, slide projectors and mobile telephones are also compatible with more traditional media such as radio and television. In easy terms ICT is defined as technologies that facilitate communication, processing and transmission of information in the electronic format. The progress of any market mainly depends on the access to information. The ICTs greatly facilitate the flow of information and knowledge by presenting the rural consumers extraordinary opportunities to attain their own entitlements.
Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh http://art.eurekajournals.com/index.php/IJHSSIT/article/view/299 Development of Disaster Management Awareness Project and Disaster Education for the Students of Higher Secondary School in India http://art.eurekajournals.com/index.php/IJHSSIT/article/view/305
Prevention is more comfortable than treatment, a new saying that emergency prevention is beneficial and relevant. At this stage, the role of education and schools in mitigating the likelihood of disasters becomes highly significant. Therefore, showing the extent of knowledge of the person regarding disasters is both the first step of the studies to be carried out on this topic and significant addition to social disaster management studies. This paper aims to illustrate the development of disaster management awareness projects and disaster education for higher secondary school students in India.
Shefaliben Kanubhai Patel, Dr. Vaishaliben B Patel http://art.eurekajournals.com/index.php/IJHSSIT/article/view/305
