GIVING EDUCATION FUND TO THE CAVE TRAPPED VICTIMS: DISCUSSION ON ROLE OF UNIVERSITY REFERRING TO 2018 NANGNORN CAVE EVENT THAILAND

Abstract

The victim to natural disaster usually needs rescue and support. However, the support is sometimes excessive than necessary. In 2018, a famous news from Thailand that become focus of people around the world is on boys trapped in a cave namely Nangnorn Cave. After rescue, a local university offer education for those boys from Bachelor to Doctor Degree and becomes the issue for discussion on the appropriateness of the role of governmental university.
