Abstract

The purpose of this article is to synthesize an understanding of the Christian’s approach to education and to highlight the difference in epistemic attitude between science and religion: to account for the conflict between science and religion and ascertain what characterizes the relationship between science and religion. The researchers engaged in a review of the literature related to a Christian’s perspective on philosophy and education using knowledge of the body of research that we have been exposed to as post graduate students. Hence, the researchers developed this document by synthesizing our understanding of the Christian’s approach to education as it relates to the coexistence of scientific principles and the theory of creation from an epistemological perspective. This was done descriptively using the deductive approach.
